Job Description

We are currently seeking 2 skilled and experienced Sports Floor and Coatings Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities: Install, finish, and maintain a variety of sports flooring systems (e.g., hardwood, vinyl, polyurethane).
Apply line markings, game court graphics, and performance coatings to meet industry and sport-specific standards.
Carry out sanding, sealing, painting, and re-coating of sports surfaces.
Interpret and follow technical drawings, plans, and manufacturer specifications.
Perform on-site surface preparation, moisture testing, and coating applications.
Ensure high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.
Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades.

Required skills

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in sports flooring installation and coating applications
