Job Description
Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff
Manage receiving, unloading, storage, picking, packing and dispatch
Monitor inventory levels and stock accuracy
Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
Assign duties and manage staff schedules
Ensure proper storage, labeling and organization of products
Coordinate with logistics, purchasing and delivery teams
Monitor loading and dispatch activities
Maintain warehouse records and prepare daily reports
Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness and security standards
Handle stock discrepancies and operational issues
Follow company SOPs and health & safety procedures
Monitor staff productivity and operational targets
