Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods to meet deadlines.
Manage and motivate warehouse staff, providing clear direction, training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive environment.
Implement and maintain inventory control procedures, conducting regular audits and cycle counts to minimize discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to optimize warehouse space utilization and streamline workflows for maximum efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field is a plus.
Holds relevant certifications such as forklift operation or warehouse management, demonstrating a commitment to industry standards.
Has 1-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, showcasing a solid understanding of warehousing processes.
Demonstrates experience in the manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries, highlighting industry-specific knowledge.

Preference will be given to candidates with strong MS Office skills and D365 ERP experience.
