Job Description

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently based on picking lists or instructions

• Scan and label products using handheld scanners or other warehouse technology

• Ensure correct packaging and labeling of items before dispatch

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse shelves and working areas

• Assist with stock receiving, inventory counting, and stock arrangement

• Follow all warehouse safety protocols and procedures

• Communicate clearly and effectively in English with supervisors and team members

• Report any damaged or missing inventory to the supervisor

• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned
