Job Description:
We are urgently hiring Waitresses to join our restaurant team in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals who can deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers, presenting menus and offering recommendations.
Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them effectively to kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring an excellent dining experience.
Assist with table setup and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Address customer inquiries and provide menu guidance as needed.
Process payments and handle any customer feedback professionally.
Collaborate with team members and assist with other duties as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work well in a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
