Job Description
A reputable company in Al Quoz, Dubai is hiring Waiters/Waitresses to deliver excellent service, handle customer requests, and support smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, take accurate orders, and ensure timely food and beverage delivery.
Provide information about menu items, promotions, and recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns or requests promptly.
Process bills, handle payments, and issue receipts accurately.
Follow hygiene and safety regulations as per UAE standards.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operation.
Assist with table setup, restocking supplies, and clearing tables.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress preferred (1–3 years).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and good interpersonal skills.
Basic English required; additional languages are an advantage.
Knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
