About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Van Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our van sales and distribution operations. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient route planning, product availability, and team performance, while maintaining excellent customer service across retail and HORECA clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise daily operations of the van sales fleet, ensuring timely and efficient distribution.
• Develop and optimize sales routes and schedules to maximize coverage, efficiency, and profitability.
• Lead, train, and motivate van sales representatives and drivers to achieve sales and service targets.
• Monitor van sales performance, track KPIs, and implement action plans for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and food handling regulations.
• Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to maintain accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Drive execution of promotions, new launches, and product visibility through van sales channels.
• Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to management.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Control operating costs while maintaining service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in van sales/operations management, preferably in FMCG (Food/Beverage).
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams of van sales representatives/drivers.
• Knowledge of route-to-market (RTM) models and van sales systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/van sales automation systems.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
