The Test Engineer supports the business by delivering validation testing for new and existing dewatering pump technologies. The role is responsible for developing and conducting structured test plans, maintaining product capabilities, and supporting continuous improvement of our products to ensure high performance, safety, and reliability of dewatering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
-Design and build custom test setups for prototypes
-Use data acquisition systems for accurate testing
-Modify and fabricate components as needed
-Analyze test results and report findings, feedback to engineering teams
-Maintain and improve test facilities
-Ensure safety and environmental compliance
-Document procedures, results, and findings in clear, structured reports
-Collaborate with engineering, production, and service teams

Qualifications & Skills:
-Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
-Experience in pump testing or rotating machinery
-Knowledge of fluid dynamics and pump performance
-Skilled in diagnostics, fault finding, and interpreting drawings
-Hands-on experience with testing tools and data systems
-Strong attention to detail and teamwork
-Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
