We are hiring a skilled Procurement Engineer to manage the sourcing of engines, fabrication, castings, and mechanical components for our global operations. What you’ll do:
• Manage procurement of mechanical commodities including engines, castings, fabrication, and MRO components
• Source suppliers, solicit RFQs, analyse quotations, and negotiate pricing, delivery, and terms
• Collaborate with engineering teams to review specifications and technical drawings
• Place and manage purchase orders using M3 ERP system, Maintain accurate procurement data and reports, and monitor material budgets
Follow up on delivery schedules, resolve quality issues, and handle invoice discrepancies
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain the Approved Vendor List, Support supplier audits, qualifications, and localisation initiatives

What you’ll bring:
• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, 5–7 years’ experience in mechanical or manufacturing purchasing
• Strong skills in vendor evaluation, cost analysis, and interpreting technical drawings
• Proficiency with Power BI, ERP tools, and supply chain reporting
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and time management skills, Desirable certifications: CPP, APICS CPIM/CSCP, Lean Six Sigma
