Position Overview
The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company’s products or services. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to understand customer needs to close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
– Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
– Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
– Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
– Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address customer questions.
– Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
– Update CRM systems with accurate customer information and call notes.
– Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
– Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
– Handle objections professionally and provide effective solutions.
– Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
