Job Title: Telesales

Position Overview:

We are seeking a well-spoken Telesales to follow up on generated leads and drive sales over the phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their needs, and successfully closing sales. Additionally, the role involves documenting customer information, answering inquiries, and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Outreach: Pitch products and initiate sales conversations with potential customers over the phone.

Engagement: Ask engaging questions to keep conversations flowing and maintain customer interest.

Customer Needs Assessment: Listen actively to customers’ needs and provide informed recommendations on relevant products.

Documentation: Accurately gather and document customer information, explain payment methods.

Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on all products and services offered to effectively inform customers.

Promotions: Inform existing customers about new products and promotions to encourage additional sales.

Customer Support: Address and resolve customer questions and concerns regarding products and services.

Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.

Personal Specification:

Experience: Previous experience in Telesales or a similar sales position is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product benefits effectively.

Creativity: Creative thinking abilities to develop engaging pitches and solutions for customer inquiries.

Sales Acumen: Proven strong sales skills, with a focus on achieving targets and driving results.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport and build trust with customers.

Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and adapt sales strategies as needed.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous record-keeping abilities for accurate documentation of customer interactions and sales transactions.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative in pursuing sales opportunities.
