Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Technical Sales Engineer with strong expertise in Electrical and Control Systems. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through technical consultation, solution development, and strong client engagement. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strong technical understanding, and the ability to convert technical solutions into commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in electrical control systems.
• Promote and sell electrical control panels, automation systems, PLC-based solutions, and HVAC products.
• Understand client technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with engineering and drafting teams for solution development and drawings.
• Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and presentations.
• Review tender documents, prepare bid submissions, and handle negotiations.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
