A reputable educational institution in Dubai is looking for a Teaching Assistant to support teachers in daily classroom activities and help create a positive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in preparing and organizing classroom materials and activities.

Support students individually or in groups with academic and behavioral guidance.

Supervise students during classroom, playground, and lunch breaks.

Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.

Assist in record-keeping, grading, and administrative tasks as needed.

Support implementation of lesson plans and educational activities.

Encourage positive behavior and promote learning among students.

Communicate with teachers, parents, and staff regarding student progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field preferred.

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a school setting is an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with children.

Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.

Knowledge of classroom management techniques.
