Plan and deliver engaging lessons according to the school’s curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, and classroom activities.
Teach and explain subject concepts clearly to students.
Assess students’ learning, assignments, tests, and overall progress.
Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, and student records.
Provide additional support to students who need help.
Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
Encourage student participation, creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork.
Communicate students’ progress and concerns to parents and school management.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and staff meetings.
Collaborate with other teachers and school staff.
Follow school policies regarding child safeguarding, health, safety, and student welfare.
Use appropriate technology and educational resources to support learning.
Attend professional-development and training activities.
Maintain professional standards and confidentiality.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education or the relevant teaching subject.
Recognized teaching qualification/license as required by the school and applicable UAE authority.
Previous teaching experience is preferred.
Good English communication and classroom-management skills.
Strong lesson-planning and assessment skills.
Good computer and educational-technology skills.
