Job Description
Supermarket is looking for a highly experienced Cashier to take full charge of daily operations and help bring the business back to full strength.
What We’re Looking For:
We need someone with at least 10 years of proven experience in managing a supermarket. This includes handling cash and POS systems, managing stock and inventory, dealing with suppliers and companies, and increasing revenue through effective advertising and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle cashier duties with accuracy and professionalism
Manage inventory and maintain proper stock levels
Order goods and deal directly with companies and vendors
Supervise delivery staff and coordinate online orders
Understand customer needs and bring products that suit local demand
Communicate with Arabic-speaking customers (must be able to read, write, and understand spoken Arabic)
Promote the supermarket through online platforms and social media
Bring new ideas to increase income and attract more foot traffic
Work Schedule & Salary
Working Hours: 12-hour shifts (supermarket operates 24/7)
Salary Package: AED 1,200 basic + AED 300 Accommodation allowance +AED 400 performance & responsibility allowance
Total AED 1,900/month
Visa Details:
Candidates with a valid transferable visa or NOC are preferred.
