Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising and coordinating structural construction activities at the site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise structural works, including formwork, steel fixing, and concrete casting.
– Coordinate daily activities with site engineers, subcontractors, and labourers.
– Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
– Monitor labour productivity, material usage, and work progress.
– Maintain site safety standards and ensure proper housekeeping.
– Report daily progress and site issues to the Site Engineer.
