Required Skills & Qualifications

· Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field desirable but not essential.

· Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience in construction projects (sports pitch, field, court or track experience is a plus).

· Strong knowledge of construction processes, surveying, and setting out.

· Basic Computer Skills desirable.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.

· Ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.

· Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

· Willingness to travel and work across UAE.

This fast-growing company is seeking a Site Supervisor Construction Projects to support project delivery in the UAE, working alongside experienced engineers and project managers, the successful candidate will assist in the planning, supervision, and quality control of sports pitch construction projects across the region.

Purpose of the Role

To oversee and manage on-site activities for sports pitch, field, court or track construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, health and safety standards, and project timelines. The Site Supervisor acts as the key link between the project management team and site operations, ensuring smooth execution and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, including groundworks, base preparation, turf installation, drainage and irrigation works.

· Ensure adherence to project plans, technical drawings, and method statements.

· Monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.

· Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality of work.

· Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.

· Maintain accurate site documentation: daily progress reports, material usage, and workforce records.

· Communicate effectively with Project Managers and Senior Engineers regarding progress and challenges.

· Support quality control and ensure work meets SIS Pitches’ standards.

· Assist in project close-out activities, including snagging and handover documentation.
