Job Description
– Awareness of DEWA substation design, specifications and RFC/Standard Drawings
– Identify problems/constructability issues, site related bottlenecks at an early stage and inform DEWA
– Ensure project quality and compliance to DEWA ITP during entire project lifecycle
– Ensure performance of work in compliance to specifications, approved drawings/materials and authority regulations
– Demonstrate proper control, supervision and monitoring of Contractor/Subcontractor works activities at site
– Ensure compliance to project timeline as per baseline program and follow up with contractor for recoveries on delays
– Maintains daily, weekly and monthly reports/record of work activities, manpower, equipment, test reports and work inspections
– Ensure proper coordination among all interface like Electrical, MEP and FPS
– Review and approve construction material, method statement, shop drawing etc. in accordance to DEWA spec. and RFC
