Job Description

We are a Dubai-based international trading company seeking a Shipping Executive to handle cross-trade / third-port shipments and export documentations.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Issue sales  orders  to  Buyers and  POs  to suppliers
  • Follow up on buyers POs & supplier confirmations
  • Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, shipping lines & forwarders
  • Prepare & verify export shipping documents (Invoice, PL, BL, COO, etc.)
  • Handle invoicing, and co-ordinate  with accounts  for  payments
  • Ensure shipments move as per plan & documents are delivered on time

Requirements:-

  • Bachelor’s degree (Logistics/Commerce preferred)
  • 2–5 years of shipping/logistics/trading experience
  • Knowledge of cross-trade / export documentation
  • Familiarity with ERP/SAP preferred
  • Strong coordination & communication skills
