Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Relationship Management:
o Manage and develop relationships with both new and existing clients to meet their bespoke furniture needs.
o Provide personalized, consultative selling services, ensuring clients understand the full range of products and customization options.
o Identify client requirements and deliver tailored solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
• Sales Targets & Achievements:
o Meet and exceed set sales targets and KPIs.
o Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals.
o Report on sales progress and achievements, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
• Product Knowledge & Consultation:
o Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s product offerings, design processes, and manufacturing capabilities.
o Provide clients with expert advice on design, materials, finishes, and functionality to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales Strategy & Reporting:
o Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
o Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM systems.
o Regularly update and report on sales performance to management.
• Negotiation & Closing:
o Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract terms with clients.
o Close sales efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Skills & Experience Required:
• Experience:
o Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in UAE, preferably in a similar industry (luxury goods, interior design, or bespoke furniture).
o A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
o Previous experience in managing high-value accounts and dealing with bespoke projects is highly desirable.
• Skills:
UAE driving license is mandatory
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
o Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
o Results-driven, highly organized, and able to work independently.
o Strong presentation and consultative selling skills.
• Knowledge:
o Understanding of the bespoke furniture market and the ability to speak knowledgeably about design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
o Experience working with CRM software to track leads, sales activities, and performance metrics.
