Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop baseline project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Monitor progress, perform critical path analysis, and prepare reports (S-curves, look-ahead schedules, etc.)
- Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and project managers
- Conduct delay analysis and support EOT claims
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience
- Must have worked on multiple construction projects (not fit-out or infrastructure)
- Strong site communication skills and ability to establish productivity target
