The role requires strong observation, team coordination, incident handling, and the ability to maintain discipline during daily and shift operations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise security personnel across assigned posts and shifts.
Conduct regular patrols and spot checks to monitor security standards.
Ensure guards remain at their designated locations and follow duty instructions.
Brief security staff before shifts regarding site conditions, assignments, and special instructions.
Monitor visitor entry, access points, and movement within restricted areas.
Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, emergencies, and security concerns.
Prepare detailed incident reports and submit them to management when required.
Check security logs, occurrence books, and daily duty records for accuracy.
Coordinate shift handovers and ensure important information is properly communicated.
Guide guards on appropriate procedures for handling visitors, contractors, and unusual situations.
Report attendance issues, equipment problems, and security breaches to the concerned management.
Liaise with site representatives, maintenance teams, and emergency services when necessary.
Conduct regular checks of CCTV coverage, gates, barriers, alarms, and other security facilities.
Ensure all assigned security activities comply with site rules and safety procedures.
