We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing AC company in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales within the air conditioning and sandwich panel industry, strong market knowledge in the UAE, and excellent client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Prepare quotations, tenders, and proposals for HVAC and sandwich panel projects.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent results.

Coordinate with operations and finance departments for project execution and collections.

Represent the company in client meetings and industry events.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

5–8 years of UAE experience in sales within the HVAC or Sandwich Panel industry.

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, sandwich panels, and related products.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Knowledge of Hindi language is an added advantage.
