About the Company

We are a leading German automotive company dealing in high-quality commercial vehicle spare parts, serving customers across the Middle East and Africa. We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales & Logistics Coordinator to support our growing operations and ensure seamless coordination between sales and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and order confirmations.
  • Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve logistics issues proactively.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and customer information in ERP systems.
  • Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers regarding shipment status.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
  • Prepare reports related to sales performance, order status, and logistics activities.
  • Support continuous improvement of processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, or supply chain roles.
  • Strong understanding of shipping procedures, documentation, and international trade (especially GCC & Africa).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic/French) are advantageous.
  • Experience in automotive spare parts or trading industry is highly preferred.
