About the Company

We are a leading German automotive company dealing in high-quality commercial vehicle spare parts, serving customers across the Middle East and Africa. We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales & Logistics Coordinator to support our growing operations and ensure seamless coordination between sales and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate between sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and order confirmations.
Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve logistics issues proactively.
Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and customer information in ERP systems.
Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers regarding shipment status.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation requirements.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
Prepare reports related to sales performance, order status, and logistics activities.
Support continuous improvement of processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, or supply chain roles.
Strong understanding of shipping procedures, documentation, and international trade (especially GCC & Africa).
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic/French) are advantageous.
Experience in automotive spare parts or trading industry is highly preferred.
