Job Description
Mandatory: Previous experience in building materials retail or trading.
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in building materials retail. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, converting leads into sales through effective follow-up and telephone communication, and visiting customer sites when required to understand their requirements and develop business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming sales enquiries and leads from various channels.
Contact potential and existing customers by phone to understand their requirements and convert leads into sales.
Follow up on quotations and pending enquiries to improve conversion rates.
Recommend suitable building materials based on customer needs and project requirements.
Visit customer sites when required to assess requirements and develop sales opportunities.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices within approved limits, and close sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely quotations, order processing, and delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
