Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, sourcing new sales opportunities, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets. This role plays a key part in expanding our client base and contributing to the company’s growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell company products using a variety of customer sales methods, including cold calling, field visits , in-person presentations, and online demos.
- Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through market research, networking, and referrals.
- Close sales and meet or exceed individual and team targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Forecast sales performance and develop creative, “out-of-the-box” sales strategies; evaluate their success through data and feedback.
- Research and qualify new accounts; follow up on inbound and outbound leads.
- Participate in meetings, product training, and industry events to remain updated on trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain an up-to-date and organized client database and enter all communications and activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights using financial/statistical data to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office suite.
