About the Company
We are a well-established German automotive organization specializing in high-quality commercial vehicle running gear system and spare parts. With a strong reputation for engineering excellence, precision, and reliability, we are expanding our footprint across the Middle East and African markets. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to join our growing regional team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by actively identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities across the Middle East & Africa region.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, fleet operators, wholesalers, and key accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives to increase market penetration and profitability.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, technical consultations, quotations, negotiations, and after-sales support.
- Promote the company’s product portfolio, ensuring strong positioning in commercial vehicle spare parts segments.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as logistics, procurement, and finance to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, guide, and support local sales partners and distributors to achieve regional targets.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits to strengthen brand presence.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review.
- Ensure accurate data management and reporting through CRM/ERP systems (preferably D365).
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle spare parts industry within the GCC and/or African markets.
- Strong technical understanding of commercial vehicles and aftermarket spare parts.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
- Experience dealing with distributors, OEM channels, and B2B customers.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP/CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and sales performance.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic or French will be an advantage.
