Job Description

Technical Sales Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in the UAE, specializing in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, establish and maintain key client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

General responsibilities   

  • Comply always and fully with PENTA HSE requirements.
  • Be quality conscious (dynamic approach towards quality improvement and aim at getting things right first time)
  • Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and safeguard PENTA trade secrets.
  • Respect and support fellow employees at all times
  • Respond to changes positively (technical advancements as well as organizational adaptations)
  • Act in such a manner that PENTA’s reputation is highly respected.
  • Be results-oriented; alert others timely when a task may not produce the required result for PENTA’s final product
  • Follow PENTA’s Process Flow Charts and interact with other departments when required.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to PENTA.
  • Identify training requirements

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the oil and gas industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of oil and gas products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity in the oil and gas industry.
