Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Associate responsible for handling DEWA, SEWA, and other client inquiries, along with purchasing coordination. The role involves client interaction, documentation, authority follow-ups, and procurement support to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle enquiries related to DEWA, SEWA, and other major clients.
– Respond to customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
– Assist the sales team with quotations, client follow-ups, and documentation.
– Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and other necessary documentation.
– Coordinate with vendors regarding quotations, availability, delivery timelines, and price comparisons.
– Maintain accurate records of sales enquiries, quotations, and purchases.
– Coordinate with accounts and operations teams for timely processing.
– Perform other related tasks or administrative support as required.
Requirements & Qualifications:
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
– Good communication skills in English.
– Preferably Filipina
– Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) and Zoho & Tally.
– Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
