Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs.
Promote and sell new and used vehicles to potential clients.
Assist customers with vehicle rentals and complete rental agreements.
Provide detailed information about features, pricing, and financing options.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and pricing.
Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
Prepare all required documentation for sales and rentals.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Meet or exceed monthly sales and rental targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in car sales or car rental services (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
Valid UAE driving license.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using computer systems and rental software.
