Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction.
Manage and train service staff, waiters, and cashiers.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with UAE food safety standards.
Monitor food presentation, portion control, and service quality.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain efficient service.
Maintain inventory, control wastage, and assist in stock ordering.
Prepare daily reports and ensure adherence to company policies.
