Job Description
A reputable company in Dubai is seeking Restaurant Floor Staff to provide excellent customer service, support smooth restaurant operations, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve promptly.
Assist in setting up and clearing tables, maintaining a clean dining area.
Provide information about menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling standards.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
Support restaurant operations during peak hours.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality preferred but freshers may apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette.
Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
