Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage steel sales activities within the assigned region.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for steel products and

services. Identify new business opportunities and manage customer relationships to drive

growth.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop competitive strategies.
• Create and deliver presentations on business trends and growth opportunities.
• Oversee the sales process from inquiry to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth

transactions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the steel business within the UAE.
• Proven track record in sales, import/export, and trading business in the steel industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales

team.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic skills are a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Must have a UAE driving license and own a car.

Working Conditions & Benefits:

• Office Hours: 8am-5pm (Mon – Fri)
• Start of Work: Immediate
