Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting room bookings
Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Assist other departments with administrative support when needed
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
