Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist & After-Sales Service Coordinator to join our team.
Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce or a related field
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience
Excellent typing speed and computer skills
Strong command of English and Hindi (Arabic will be an added advantage)
Good attention to detail and logical thinking ability
Positive attitude with a growth mindset
Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
Attending and directing phone calls professionally
Filing and maintaining company documents and records
Coordinating incoming and outgoing watches for after-sales service
Managing and coordinating spare parts requirements
General office administration and coordination
Supporting smooth day-to-day operations of the business
