Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor (Q.S.) to work in a marble factory

Job Responsibilities:
• Preparing bills of quantities and cost estimates for projects
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and contract documents for projects.
• Monitoring project costs and changes during execution
• Coordinating with project managers, consultants and subcontractors
• Calculate projects wastage of material base for the slabs size and shop drawings

Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction or contracting companies
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel and quantity surveying software
