Job Description
Experience: Minimum 5 years (GCC experience required)
Requirements:
▪️ Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
▪️ Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 3 years in the GCC region.
▪️ Strong knowledge of local construction laws, standards, and market rates.
▪️ Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and cost estimating software (e.g., Candy, CostX).
▪️ Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
▪️ Strong organizational and communication skills.
▪️ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
▪️ Membership in a recognized professional body (e.g., RICS, CIQS).
Experience in high-rise residential/commercial building projects.
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
