Quality Supervisor (Mechanical Background Required)

We are seeking a Quality Supervisor with a strong mechanical background to join our team at a renowned multinational company.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a passion for quality management and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure compliance with quality control standards across mechanical systems and processes.
• Supervise quality assurance activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on quality performance metrics.
• Lead investigations into quality issues and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background:
  Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Experience:
  4–5 years of experience in quality control or assurance, with at least some experience in a supervisory role.
• Quality Expertise:
  Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and industry best practices. Familiarity with ISO 9001 is essential.
• Technical Skills:
  Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and mechanical specifications.
• Communication Skills:
  Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to articulate quality expectations and collaborate effectively across departments.
• Analytical Skills:
  Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to analyse data and implement quality improvements.
• Software Proficiency:
  Skilled in using quality control software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
