We are seeking an experienced and dynamic PRO professional to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders. This position requires an individual who is highly organized, proactive, and knowledgeable in local government processes and regulations related to corporate services.

Responsibilities:
-Serve as the main liaison between the company and government authorities, including local immigration and labor departments, economic development authorities, and other relevant government agencies.
-Ensure compliance with all government regulations, including business licensing, visas, work permits, and residency permits.
-Prepare and submit documentation required by local authorities for company registration, amendments, renewals, and other corporate formalities.
-Ensure compliance with local laws, construction regulations, and real estate policies.

Requirements:
-Proven 5 years experience as a Public Relations Officer in real estate industry.
-Strong knowledge of local laws, government regulations, and industry-specific compliance
-Proficiency in government portals and documentation systems.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
-Bilingual proficiency (English and local language) is a plus.
