Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Plan, execute, and oversee projects within scope, budget, and timeline
✔️ Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams
✔️ Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions
✔️ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry regulations
✔️ Manage resources, procurement, and contract negotiations
✔️ Prepare reports and provide regular project updates to senior management

Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
🔹 8+ years of experience in project management within construction.
🔹 Strong knowledge of PM tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, PRINCE2)
🔹 Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
🔹 Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
