Project and Design Engineer – Industrial Refrigeration

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project and Design Engineer with a strong background in industrial refrigeration to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop industrial refrigeration systems, including chillers, ice makers, and associated equipment.
• Select appropriate refrigeration components such as compressors, evaporators, evaporative condensers, valves, separators, etc., based on project requirements.
• Perform detailed technical calculations for sizing and selecting components to ensure system efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source quality refrigeration components and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Prepare technical documentation, design layouts, and support the project installation and commissioning process.
• Work closely with the project execution team to ensure timely and efficient implementation of refrigeration systems.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience:
  8–10 years of hands-on experience in industrial refrigeration design and project implementation.
• Technical Expertise:
  In-depth understanding of refrigeration principles and system design. Proven ability to design simple chillers and related systems.
• Component Knowledge:
  Experience in selecting and integrating refrigeration components such as compressors, evaporators, condensers, valves, and more.
• Industry Experience:
  Prior experience in a company involved in designing and installing industrial refrigeration projects is essential.
• Supplier Network:
  Good network and familiarity with leading refrigeration component suppliers.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Strong computer skills and the ability to use relevant engineering and design software.
• Additional Requirements:
  Must possess a valid Gulf driving license.
