Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Planning Engineer with a solid Civil Engineering background to join our project team. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 7 years of experience in construction project planning and control. You will be responsible for developing project schedules, monitoring progress, and supporting the project team in achieving timely and cost-effective completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop baseline programs in line with contractual requirements, fully loaded with manpower and cost.
• Prepare project cash flow forecasts.
• Update the project schedule on a monthly basis, reflecting actual progress and forecasting future performance.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Engineers to prepare weekly and monthly work schedules.
• Generate productivity and performance control reports to track and improve efficiency.
• Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) and cost impact claims for submission to consultants and clients.
• Support the engineering department in preparing and reviewing technical documentation.
• Ensure planning compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in construction planning in UAE .
• Proficient in project planning tools, especially Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and project lifecycle.
• Experience in delay analysis and claim preparation is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
