Job Description
A well-established Clearing & Forwarding company is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and streamline our logistics and supply chain functions. If you have a strong background in freight, customs clearance, and team coordination, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day logistics and C&F operations including import/export processes
• Oversee coordination with shipping lines, transporters, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and compliance with legal and customs regulations
• Supervise and guide operations staff to meet performance targets
• Troubleshoot shipment issues and maintain client satisfaction
• Continuously improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a C&F/logistics environment
• In-depth knowledge of shipping procedures, documentation, Incoterms, and customs laws
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple shipments and deadlines under pressure
