About the Company

We are a reputed German automotive company specializing in commercial vehicle spare parts, known for precision, reliability, and high-quality standards. As part of our regional expansion, we are looking for a highly organized and professional Office Secretary / Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to management and internal teams.
  • Manage office communications including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation (digital and physical).
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents as required.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Assist in HR-related administrative tasks such as onboarding documentation and employee records.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and maintain a professional work environment.
  • Support coordination between departments such as sales, logistics, and finance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365) is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Prior experience in automotive or trading companies is a plus.
