About the Company
We are a reputed German automotive company specializing in commercial vehicle spare parts, known for precision, reliability, and high-quality standards. As part of our regional expansion, we are looking for a highly organized and professional Office Secretary / Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to management and internal teams.
Manage office communications including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation (digital and physical).
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents as required.
Handle incoming inquiries and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
Assist in HR-related administrative tasks such as onboarding documentation and employee records.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and maintain a professional work environment.
Support coordination between departments such as sales, logistics, and finance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365) is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Prior experience in automotive or trading companies is a plus.
