EGA is looking for candidates to join their team in Jebel Ali (Dubai) and Al Taweelah (Abu Dhabi)
NATIONAL TRAINEE OPERATIONS
About the programme:
Position: National Trainee Operations
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Fields: Smelter, Power, Desal, Maintenance, and Technical
Trainees will undergo structured training lasting from 6 months to 3 years, aimed at equipping young UAE Nationals with the skills and knowledge required for their roles. The program includes classroom-based learning, practical workshop exposure, and on-the-job experience across EGA’s operational areas, supporting long-term career development.
Criteria:
• Male and Female UAE Nationals holding a UAE passport
• High School Certificate
• Good English communication skills
• Completed National Service (if applicable)
• Aged between 19-32
