We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Technician to join our team of beauty professionals. The ideal candidate is passionate about their craft, detail-oriented, and able to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest hygiene and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities
Nail Services
• Perform a wide range of manicure and pedicure services, including:
• Classic, French, and Gel Manicures/Pedicures
• Luxury Spa Manicures and Pedicures
• Nail Art and Custom Designs
• Acrylic, Gel, and Polygel Extensions
• BIAB (Builder in a Bottle) and Hard Gel Application
• Dip Powder and Ombre Techniques
• Cuticle Care and Nail Strengthening

Treatments
Additional Beauty Services
• Waxing (face and body)
• Threading (eyebrows and facial hair)
• Eyelash Extensions or Lifting
• Brow Tinting and Shaping
• Paraffin Treatments

Client Experience & Professionalism
• Provide a luxurious, high-end experience tailored to each client’s needs.
• Maintain a professional, polished, and welcoming demeanor at all times.
• Educate clients on proper nail care and aftercare for long-lasting results.
• Recommend appropriate treatments and retail products based on individual needs.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

Hygiene & Safety
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Properly sterilize and disinfect all tools and equipment after each use.
• Ensure a well-organized, pristine workstation at all times.
Teamwork & Flexibility
• Collaborate with other beauty professionals to provide a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
• Be flexible and ready to assist in other areas of the salon when needed.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the beauty industry.
• Participate in ongoing training and workshops to enhance skills and expertise.

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE as a Nail Technician in a high-end salon or luxury beauty boutique.
• A recognized diploma or certification in Nail Technology or a related field.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong knowledge of nail health, different nail extension techniques, and advanced nail artistry.
• Experience with additional beauty services (waxing, threading, lashes, brows) is highly preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client demand.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a strong attention to detail.
