Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed MEP cost estimates.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather pricing and scope information.
Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis for HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
Develop and maintain a database of unit costs and historical data.
Prepare bid packages and proposals for clients.
Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
Ensure estimates comply with company standards and client requirements.
