Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Draftsman with 2–3 years of experience and strong technical expertise in AutoCAD, BIM (Revit preferred), and Navisworks. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate MEP drawings, coordinating across disciplines, and supporting project execution through high-quality drafting and modeling.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed MEP drawings including:
o HVAC layouts (ducting, chilled water piping, ventilation systems)
o Plumbing and drainage layouts
o Firefighting and fire alarm systems
o Electrical layouts (lighting, power, cable routing)
o Equipment installation details
o Sections, elevations, and coordinated shop drawings
• Develop and modify 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
• Create and update 3D models using BIM (Revit preferred).
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
• Coordinate with architects, structural teams, and MEP engineers to ensure seamless integration.
• Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and applicable standards.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and material estimation when required.
